Fee Schedule

Actual fees are based upon the complexity and estimated completion time of the assignment. Additional fees may apply (typically $50) to appraisal requests outside Wake County, NC - see "Service Area". Volume discounts are available. Call or email for a specific quote if you need an appraisal service. Some of the cities we provide appraisals for include: Apex, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill, Holly Springs, Raleigh, Morrisville, New Hill, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Knightdale, Lillington, Pittsboro, Sanford, Willow Springs, Wendell, and Zebulon.

NOTE: All new customers are required to pay appraisal fees prior to our acceptance of the assignment, or cash/certified check at inspection (NO EXCEPTIONS). Work will not begin until payment is received.
